SIVA Hotel ("SIVA", "we", "our", "us") is a software-as-a-service platform that helps hotels in Uzbekistan manage their daily operations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Account and user data. When a hotel signs up, we collect information about the people who use the account: full name, email address, phone number, job role, and the login credentials used to access the platform.

Hotel and business data. To provide our service, we process information that hotels enter into the platform — property details, room inventory, rate plans, reservations, guest records created by the hotel, staff schedules, and operational and financial records related to hotel management.

Billing data. To process subscription payments we collect billing contact details and transaction records. Full card numbers are entered through our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

Technical data. We automatically collect technical information when you use the platform: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, timestamps, and system logs used for security and troubleshooting.

Support data. When you contact us, we keep a record of the conversation, including emails, messages, and any information you choose to share.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • provide and operate the SIVA Hotel platform, including account creation, secure sign-in, and day-to-day features;
  • process subscription payments and manage invoicing;
  • respond to support requests and send service updates, security alerts, and maintenance notices;
  • monitor platform performance, detect errors, and improve the product;
  • comply with legal obligations in the Republic of Uzbekistan, including tax and accounting requirements;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Storage and Protection

We store data on secure servers and apply industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and regular backups. Only authorized SIVA personnel can access production systems, and such access is logged and reviewed.

We keep your data for as long as your hotel's subscription is active. If the account is closed, we retain records only for the period required by applicable law (for example, tax and accounting rules), after which we delete or anonymize them.

5. Third-Party Services

To operate the platform we rely on a small set of trusted third-party services. Each is bound by a contract and receives only the data necessary for its role:

  • Payment providers, including Atmos, to process subscription payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, UzCard, Humo).
  • Cloud hosting providers to run our servers and store data.
  • Email delivery services to send transactional messages such as password resets and invoices.
  • Analytics and error-monitoring tools, used in aggregated, non-identifying form to understand platform performance.

We do not transfer personal data to parties outside this scope without informing you.

6. Your Rights

At any time you may:

  • request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information;
  • ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • withdraw consent for non-essential communications;
  • raise a concern or complaint about how we handle your data.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the platform is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but parts of the platform may not function correctly without them.

SIVA Hotel is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account administrators by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
