These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between SIVA LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan ("SIVA", "we", "our"), and the hotel or business ("Customer", "you") that creates an account on or uses the SIVA Hotel platform. This document is a public offer (oferta) under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By creating an account, paying a subscription, or using the service, you accept these Terms.
SIVA Hotel is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform for hotel operations. It includes tools for managing rooms, reservations, guest profiles, rates, housekeeping, reporting, and related workflows. The service is delivered online and does not require local installation. Specific features depend on the subscription plan selected.
SIVA may release new features, improve existing ones, or retire features that are no longer supported.
To use SIVA Hotel, the Customer must create an account and provide accurate business and contact information. The Customer is responsible for:
Each account is intended for a single hotel, or for a group of hotels under shared ownership.
SIVA Hotel is provided on a subscription basis. The Customer pays a recurring monthly fee according to the plan selected inside the platform. Unless stated otherwise, fees are quoted in Uzbek Som (UZS).
Payments are made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, UzCard, Humo) through our payment provider. By submitting a payment, the Customer authorizes SIVA and its payment provider to charge the stated amount for the next subscription period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until the Customer cancels. The Customer may cancel auto-renewal at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
SIVA may change subscription prices. Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing cycle.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If the Customer cancels mid-month, the service remains available until the end of that month, and no partial refund is issued.
If a charge was made in error — for example, a duplicate payment or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — the Customer should contact [email protected] within 14 days. Confirmed billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

SIVA targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, failures of third-party infrastructure (hosting, payment providers, telecom operators), or events outside SIVA's reasonable control (force majeure).
SIVA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from downtime or service interruptions. Where a remedy applies, the Customer's maximum recovery is a credit or refund not exceeding the subscription fees paid during the three months preceding the incident.
On termination, the Customer loses access to the platform. On request within 30 days of termination, SIVA will provide an export of the Customer's data in a standard format. After this period, SIVA may delete the data in line with the Privacy Policy.
SIVA Hotel — including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation — is the property of SIVA LLC. The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform during the subscription period. No other rights are granted.
SIVA may introduce additional services in the future, such as online booking and guest payments. Those services may be governed by additional terms, which will be presented to the Customer before opt-in.
SIVA may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to account administrators and published on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of SIVA Hotel after the effective date means the Customer accepts the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably. Where that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
